Credit card thieves and data resellers have used the term “fullz” to describe comprehensive collections of personal data about a single person. A person’s “Fullz” often includes their name, SSN, date of birth, account number, and other information. Identity fraudsters buy Fullz and use them in fraudulent credit card transactions. As a general rule, the more information you have on your victim, the more money you may make off of their credentials. However, this only applies if you have access to that information.

Even Dead Fullz, which are Fullz credentials associated with credit cards that are no longer valid, can still be used for numerous purposes, including tax refund scams, ordering credit cards on behalf of the victim, or opening a mule account (an account that will accept a fraudulent money transfer from a compromised account) without the victim’s knowledge. Fullz credentials are associated with credit cards that have been compromised.
